Westport Country Playhouse is a barrier free facility and is dedicated to providing an enjoyable theater experience for all
patrons. Please read below to learn more about the various services offered to our patrons with special needs.
| Assisted Listening Devices
A limited number of infrared assisted listening devices are available through the box office on a first-come,
first-served basis. You will be asked to leave a form of identification as a deposit when you pick up the device.
An elevator is available in the lobby for access to the mezzanine level of the theater and lobby.
| Handicapped Restrooms
Handicap-accessible facilities are available in the main lobby and the mezzanine level. The mezzanine is accessible via the elevator.
| Main Access
A ramp provides access to the Playhouse along the side of the building facing the parking lot. The entrance, marked with a blue sign, is at the opposite side of the building from the front porch.
| Open Caption Performances
Audiences with varying degrees of hearing loss will be able to enjoy the performance while watching an easy-to-read
digital screen of the actors' dialogue.

Parking is available free of charge to patrons of the Playhouse. Parking is at your own risk, and the Playhouse will not
be held liable for damage to or theft of your vehicle or its contents. As parking is limited, please arrive early and carpool
Ample parking for patrons with special needs is available.
| Special Needs Seating
A number of wheelchair and companion seats are available. If you are in need of special seating, please notify the box
office when making your purchase. A ramp from the Playhouse entrance to the orchestra level is also available for patron
