Following the first Sunday matinee performance of each production, special guests take the stage to help place the production in context with illuminating insights about the world of the play. The Playhouse hosts a wide range of guests, from noted playwrights to academic scholars, for discussions that provide an excellent opportunity to delve into the world of the play. Each discussion is followed by an interactive dialogue with the audience.
All Symposium events are free and open to the public and will begin immediately following the 3pm performance.
Join us after the second Wednesday matinee performance for a behind-the-scenes look at what makes a play work.
Join us after the third Thursday evening performance of each show for a lively Q&A with actors from the production.
