For the busiest of the busy - or maybe those afraid to commit?! Playhouse FlexTix provide the most flexible ticket options to meet your needs. For a flat rate of $50* per ticket, your FlexTix can be redeemed in any combination for our 2012 Season. *minimum purchase of 4 FlexTix required. FlexTix may be redeemed for specific plays within the 2012 Season on Tuesday, February 28th at noon by calling the Playhouse Box Office at 203.227.4177. Once you have redeemed your FlexTix for a specific performance, you are allowed to exchange your tickets once for free, provided the exchange is completed at least 24 hours in advance of your ticketed performance. After your free exchange, a $5 exchange fee will be charged for each additional transaction. Any exchanges made less than 24 hour in advance of your ticketed performance will be charged a $10 exchange fee. Exchanges must be made from your ticketed performance into another performance of the same play. Please note that the date above says December 31, 2012, however this is a generic date we must use in order to sell FlexTix online. FlexTix are not assigned to any specific 2012 Season performance. Beginning Tuesday, February 28th, you can call the Playhouse Box Office at (203) 227-4177 and exchange your FlexTix for any performance in our 2012 Season. FlexTix will be redeemed for the best available seats at the time you make your reservation and are valid only for the 2012 Season.
