Patron Services Associate/PT
Westport Country Playhouse seeks a part-time Patron Services Associate. The Associate will assist in the day-to-day functions of our Box Office, including answering phones, selling subscriptions and tickets to Playhouse shows and events through our ticketing software Tessitura, assisting in ticket and promotional mailings, and other duties as needed. Associate must be committed to the Playhouse’s high expectations for knowledgeable, respectful, and conscientious customer service. Associate must be able to listen, follow Playhouse policies and guidelines, and work as part of the Marketing team. The Patron Services Associate will report to the Patron Services Supervisor and Patron Services Manager.
- Experience Needed: This position requires a strong background in customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication skills, self-motivation, strong work ethic, and flexibility to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment; experience with Tessitura software and a general knowledge of theater is a plus.
- Hours: Must be available to work nights and weekends. 15 – 25 hours a week.
- Salary: $9 an hour, plus 2 complimentary tickets to each production.
