Shanahan and Maulella Begin Tryst at Westport Aug. 5

Mark Shanahan and Andrea Maulella star in Karoline Leach's thriller Tryst, which begins performances at the Westport Country Playhouse Aug. 5.
The two-hander, under the direction of Joe Brancato, who staged the 2006 Off-Broadway production, runs through Aug. 23.
Shanahan (The 39 Steps) portrays George Love, who "has a habit of marrying simple, well off women who become inexplicably poor and husbandless the day after their honeymoons...
