Together at the Table Family Dinner
Dinner and a performance for just $10!
Together at the Table Family Dinner was created as a way to make live theater accessible to more families, and to
introduce young audience members to the Playhouse in a warm and informal atmosphere. Families are invited to enjoy a communal
dinner in the Playhouse’s Lucille Lortel White Barn Center/Sheffer Studio (adjacent to the theater) and a casual conversation
about the show before attending a performance.

“Sharing a live performance with my kids is thrilling; it’s like taking an imaginative journey together. Live performances are very strong artistic statements, expressions one cannot experience in any other setting, whether that be a movie theater or in front of the TV. At the end of the evening, on the way home, they could not stop talking about the play and kept asking when we would be coming back.”
