The Playhouse has been taking steps to increase equity, diversity, and inclusion in order to create a safe workplace for all artists, patrons, staff, and volunteers. Working toward a culture of antiracism means these conversations and action steps will be visible in every aspect of the organization, including (and perhaps especially) our community of volunteers and front-of-house staff.
While we recognize differences in personal experience, background, and knowledge base, we ask our volunteers to commit to learning about our EDI and antiracist policies and procedures.
