Aisha was recently seen as Medda Larkin in the 1st National Tour of Disney’s Newsies and is featured in the “live-capture” movie released in 2017. She’s toured the United States and Europe in Dreamgirls, Ain't Misbehavin', Little Shop Of Horrors, and as a backing vocalist for Patti Austin and Oleta Adams. Most recently, she’s performing A Tribute To Ella! with symphonies around the country.
Chaz is delighted to join the BMA family with this inspiring show, marking his 8th time working on Newsies! Directing/Choreographing credits include Broadway Backwards, BCEFA’s Red Bucket Follies, Gypsy of the Year, and regional productions of Me and My Girl, Cats, Newsies (4x), Crazy for You, Mamma Mia, Bright Star, and Kiss Me Kate. You may have seen Chaz perform in the 1st National Tour and Live Film of Disney’s Newsies, the National Tour of Cats (Mr. Mistoffelees), or on So You Think You Can Dance.
