Beth has been Managing Director of the Playhouse since 2023 and has played a pivotal role in elevating the organization’s financial and operational health since being promoted to her current leadership position. As Managing Director, Beth is responsible for operations and finance, human resources, marketing, vendor and community partnerships, and identifying and booking vibrant shows with top talent. Beth draws on years of experience in, and a deep passion for, the non-profit theatre space, including over 20 years with the Westport Country Playhouse in general management and marketing roles. Earlier in her career, Beth worked with the Stamford Center for the Arts and the Bob Carpenter Center in Newark, DE, where she coordinated over twenty-five performances each season.
Beth holds a bachelors in Marketing from the University of Delaware, a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, and a certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School.
