Caley Beretta is the Senior Manager of Creative Development at Disney Theatrical Group, overseeing the development of new Broadway musicals (Frozen, Aladdin), regional, international, and pilot productions (Hercules, Freaky Friday, The Jungle Book, The Hunchback of Notre Dame) and the adaptation of titles for amateur licensing (Tangled, Descendants, Moana JR.). Throughout her decade at Disney, Caley has collaborated with authors, directors and creative teams to nurture a robust slate of new work, shepherding artists from the original seed of the idea through readings, workshops and initial productions. In 2018, Caley co-produced the landmark event Women’s Day on Broadway at the New Amsterdam Theatre; she produced the event again in 2019 at the St. James Theatre. Caley is a proud graduate of Northwestern University and an even prouder graduate of Staples High School.
