LGBT Night Out
6:30PM Pre-Show (Preview)
A fun, pre-show cocktail party for the LGBTQ+ community and friends. Enjoy live entertainment, cocktails served up by our LGBT Night Series Co-host Troupe429 (voted Best Gay Bar in Connecticut), and appetizers from some of Fairfield County’s best restaurants.
First Two Thursdays, Post-Show
Our Post-Play Dialogues offer audience members the chance to participate in a conversation about the show moderated by members of our artistic staff. No ticket or RSVP is necessary — the discussions are free and open for all.
Join us after the third Thursday evening performance of each show for a lively Q&A with artists from the production. The talkbacks take place in Jason Robards Theatre immediately following the performance and typically runs about 20-25 minutes.
No ticket or RSVP is necessary in order to participate in the Thursday Cast Talkback or Post-Play Dialogues. The discussions are free and open to anyone who wishes to attend.
8PM First Saturday
Celebrate the opening of each production along with the cast, crew and creative team at a post-show party following the performance.
First Sunday Matinee, Post-Show
Special guests take the stage for a conversation about the play and its themes moderated by Playhouse staff, followed by an interactive dialogue with the audience.
Second Wednesday Matinee, Post-Show
From movable scenery to lighting effects, trapdoors to design renderings, learn how the Playhouse technical staff brought each show to the stage.
Playhouse Happy Hour
Third Thursday, Post-Show
Join us for a lively Q&A with actors from the production and audience members like you! No ticket or RSVP is necessary — talkbacks are free and open to all.
