Joi Danielle Price performed in Broadway’s Mamma Mia! (Ali) and in National Tours of Mamma Mia! (Lisa) and Ragtime (Sarah U/S). Joi’s other favorite performances include Raisin, A Merry Little Christmas Carol (Christmas Present), and works in development such as World Views at Prospect Theatre Co., staged readings of Saint Heaven (York Theatre), Marry Me! (NYMF), and Class Moms. Joi holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and a BA in Communications Studies from the University of Michigan. She currently teaches acting and vocal performance at Molloy College/CAP21, writes plays, serves on the Board of Trustees at Mile Square Theatre. On Disney Plus, she reunited her high school musical cast to appear in “Encore!” filmed in her hometown of Flint, Michigan. Joi is grateful to be joining the Westport Country Playhouse community.
