Emily Chin graduated in 2018 from Connecticut College with a B.A. in Dance and Human Development. She trained in ballet and modern at Fineline Theatre Arts under the direction of Arlene Begelman, Kerry Gallagher, Scott Wise, and Elizabeth Parkinson. During her time at Connecticut College, Emily danced and performed works by David Dorfman, Lisa Race, Heidi Henderson, Kate Weare Dance, and the Batsheva Dance Company. Emily’s performance credits include Ballaro Dance company, as well as Augie Sherman at Movement Research, Green Space, 7Midnights Physical Research (Arts on Site), and Williamsburg Art neXus (WAXworks). Emily is currently pursuing freelance dance opportunities as well as exploring entrepreneurial possibilities in health, wellness, and professional organizing.
