Joanna Carpenter (she/her) is an Asian-American actor, educator, and political organizer based in New York City. Favorite credits include Actors Theatre of Louisville, DIMF Festival in South Korea, and Prospect Theatre Company. Upcoming appearances will include Kings Blade (coming to a screen near you) and Clicquot: A Revolutionary Musical. Joanna is the co-founder of grassroots language learning organization 86 the Barrier, and her advocacy work in hospitality has been seen in the New York Times, NPR, Liquor.com, and others.
